The hotel had slow room service, and there were several times where we had to follow up on top-ups of toiletries and soft drinks. Our room's climate control was not working correctly, resulting in our room being too hot at 25 degrees despite the outside temperature being only 10 degrees.

Complementary birthday cake from reception, wide range of choices for breakfast, good food and drink options in club lounge. Generous room size, comfortable bed, clean and well-maintained property. Smooth check-in and check-out, walking distance to malls and local experience at Qibao old street.

Had a wonderful Easter weekend! the view from the room was amazing and the hotel's food was super delicious. the staff was attentive and helpful, always ready with good suggestions for places to visit nearby. I loved the location of the hotel - it was very convenient to all the major attractions and shopping areas.

The only thing that could have been better was the climate control in my room. Even though the outside temperature was cooler, the room remained quite warm.
